Built a shelf for my surround sound last night. plan on putting a work light under it and start running speaker wire today after work.

You can build stuff. It just takes practice. I used to envy guys that could play a musical instrument. I found with a couple thousand hours of practice I could play one too. You've certainly got the design thing down. Give building a try.

Great job ARbuilder! Do you have to make the inside of the house look that good before you start the shop or can you build the shop on a promise to do the house later? Keep the pics coming.

Actually got it from father-in-law, he was a texaco attendant in California in the late 40's. He had saved it with one of the road maps, been hinting around to buy it for past few years.

The folks in the IT department at work love being able to run new data cable up above the ceiling tile anytime the office gets rearranged. Good idea.

I remember seeing this multi-colored foam setup in some high-tech MIL/GOV shops I've been in. They said they do it so they can instantly spot a missing tool. Plus, it just looks cool!
