Back to the Texaco gal a second. What's her name? Should it be embroidered on one side of shirt with Texaco patch sewn on the other side, or would that require a denim shirt? White looks better.

VERY time consuming..my father thought it all was a joke! But when your working..you reach up and tool is there!..Dont have to waste 20mins looking for a damn wrench. I love it

It's also good for making it obvious when a tool is missing. Most A&P mechanics do this to be sure that there are no stray tools left on an airplane or helicopter.

Wow! That looks great and I'm sure it's much better than loose in the drawers.

Ok, I understand the exacto & the bud light but not the dremel and heatgun.

Did you use the dremel to sand off cut marks?
How about the heatgun?

Sorry, but it's not clear to me. And where did you buy the foam?

Cascade is where i got the foam ( 6lb density closed cell), the dremel is used to sand off small ends with the drum. The heat gun is how you mend the 2 pcs of foam together so its basically 1 soid pc of foam

Foam came from Cascade, you will have to cut / join together yourself. It does take some time, great for rainy days

Greatm looking garage and toys. I work with a bunch of old plane mechanics and they use the two color foams in all their toolboxes and I always wondered how it was done. I just got a craftman 26" 3 piece and I definitely will be taking that project on. It will give me a reason to get some good quality tools to put in there.

Quick question, on the wrench holders did you stick them to the bottom layer of foam or cut through both and stick them to the drawer itself?
