Mystery bender??

Picked this up the other day, haven't been able to figure out if its just a small tubing bender for brake/fuel lines or maybe a tubing straightener. It doesn't have any markings or numbers, but seems to be decently made. Any ideas?

Tubing bender, don't have it anymore but had one just like it branded Blue Point

I believe they were Lisle brand.

Yes sir just what they said. That's a decent one too once you learn how to bend off the center line.
