Mystery Blue Tool Box

Had the occasion to pick up this smaller tool box-seemed to be very much on the vintage side with the leatherette handle and the corner protectors. Have seen some walden boxes close in the color or possibly Williams? No markings as to model or #'s. Anyone own one or know the brand/time/era? Thanks.....Cranky

Believe you are correct Sir-looks to be around 1959 model and many have sold on flea-bay for $7.00 to $80.00 depending on condition-Thanks for the information.........Cranky

I can confirm this looks to be a union as a have one like it (although rougher shape). Mine says union on the handle.

MY BAD, old eyes don't see that well anymore-if I would have looked a little closer on the front RH side of the box-there is the remains of the Union label-is very faded-can only make out parts of words! The handle is also made of steel to resemble the old leather look crinkle finish. Blue interior and gray exterior paint job. These were well made boxes to stand the test of 60 years or so.
