Anyone know what these are? The small holes are threaded.

Looks homemade to me. You can see where they heated it with a torch to bend it. So it could have been used for about most anything

The pictures are a bit deceptive, I'm certain these are machine made, they are identical and even anodized gold, just real dirty.

The gold plating is cadmium. Nasty stuff to breath if heating or grinding. If the color is real suttle, it's the real "old", and bad stuff! Otherwise, someone re-purposed some parts!

They're wall mount brackets for window blinds. The part that goes into the top of the blinds is missing.

On the threaded rod looks like a home made coil spring compressor.
