I have no idea but doesn't look like a fuse puller I've ever seen. I was thinking possibly a handle to hold chisels or punches but again I have no clue. Could very well be a fuse puller.

I'm sure you're right I just haven't seen anything like that before for fuses.

Tried it on Mini fuses and ATO fuses and it work. It kinda fit ATO but super loose, also tried it on some BUSS AGC glass fuses and it was to loose to pull on it unless the fuses were pretty much just set in place.

Thats what I thought, especially since if it is a fuse puller its for those glass round fuses.

Found it in the 1988 catalog. Illustration still shows it being KD marked instead of Craftsman.
