Hey guys/gals

I recently rediscovered this nice screwdriver that I picked up in the middle of the street three years ago. I got curious about it as I had never heard of the brand "aiceou". Google didn't turn up anything, to my surprise. My thoughts them turned to this board. I have seen several obscure tools identified, so I thought I would offer it for inspection. Any thoughts?

The handle on that looks similar to some “ergonomic” screwdrivers that are made in Germany, or which come from “German” manufacturers like Wera, however, I’ve seen imported Asian screwdrivers that were trying to clone the ergonomin shapes typically found on German or other European tool handles, and some of those Asian Imports were using clear plastic, for the handle material.
The little raised dimples might also be more typical for Asian or Japanese tool handles than they would be for US or German tool handles.

Just trying to Google “Aiceou” doesn’t bring up much.
A few tool references, including the one on here for the Gates screwdriver,
and an article from Canada about helping Syrian immigrants find jobs, which had a picture of a Aiceou dcrewdriver,
And an image from Alibaba for a pair of locking pliers with “Aiceou” on the handle.
