mystery grinder/buffer

Can anyone help me with exactly who makes this grinder. I have found some pictures online of oone's thataare similar, but not an exact match. The closest ones are the Elliott Selecta grinders, but they're not exact.

There is a thread on GJ about a Snap On grinder built by Wissota that has the extension on the right side like yours. But I don't think that's it.

Might be worth finding that thread in case I'm wrong.

I definitely looked at wissota and doerr. I read the thread on that snap on grinder a while back also. The amount of time I've spent trying to find out exactly what make this is, is more than I care to admit.

This is another grinder that I can't find any information about. It does have the name plate though. It's an abco (Adams Bros Co), but I can't find much information about the company or any pictures of there grinders. It even says they were in Columbus, Ohio which is where I'm from.
