Mystery grinder, help me ID?

Was on the hunt for the B&D "wildcat" but picked this up for all of $15.

Its about as big and is nice and dangerous feeling in the hands, its beat up so bad though that I cant make out any makers mark or markings of any sort.

It has a toggle switch instead of a trigger or the B&Ds stud.

No label at all, no stampings. I might open it up to see if theres anything telltale inside.

On the subject of danger, im considering making the drive for this beast..

Dont know the rating of that motor but it could easily be an honest 1hp, or get swapped out for something genuinely wreckless.

Did find this, it unmistakably has the same body. The flats on the side near the brushes and the mesh cover near the handle are identical. It even has the toggle switch and the handle casting in that area is the same as well.

The handle its self is different though with the ball pommel and the casting around the bevel gear is fatter.

Cant make out the label in the pic though and the source has no info on maker.

Anybody recognise the tag style?
