Thanks for the help ID"ing it.
I didn't buy it, just too far and I also don't have the room in my rat hole for a machine that size. It did't last long at $100. My only concern was the shape of the table, it looks very pitted. I'm guessing you'd need to bring it to a machine shop and have it decked.

Having that top surface properly recut would cost way more than the jointer would ever be worth.
