Mystery Mount, What is it?

Anyone have any idea what this is? The flat area is tapered like you would slide something onto it. Vise mount? Thanks!

Nope.....not nearly big enough. I've used them and they are more like a really large C-clamp

I agree. The clamp is wrong and the shape of the surface which is used for cleaning and scuffing a tire tube is wrong.

Its for mounting a Landers Frary and Clark bread maker to the kitchen table. At least thats what it looks like. I'll see if I can find one to make sure. Yes, I have a vintage mixer collection also.
