So I have a YouTube channel and a guy sent me some sockets to identify. I have no idea where they came from and posted a video months ago looking for someone who could fill us in on who made them. They are USA made (I'm guessing from the USA stampings) but other than that I have nothing to point me in a direction for further investigation. I do have some pics though... Any help would be appreciated.

welcome to the site.

I have absolutely no clue. never saw it before.

it would help us all if you put your location in your profile.

be patient - somebody will be able to figure this one out.... it's just a socket, it ain't rocket science.

Interesting ring around the nut end. My guess is that ring would have to be made while the mandrel was still in the socket. Most non-impact sockets are thin walled and could not be treated like this. Outside wall stampings are always at the drive end where there is plenty of metal. Shots of the ends would be nice. Never seen anything like it.

I love GJ for the amazing resource it is. I ran across a pocket socket just the other day so I knew the stamping, but that gimmick tool is not common and I'm surprised to see the OP got a correct answer on the second post.
