Mystery tool identification

I have a few mystery tools here. Any ideas?

First looks like a low budget valve tool

NO idea, but interesting. (first two... constipation correctors?)

The blue handled one is a serpentine belt tool. Snappy sold one like it. The original USA one doesn’t move at all. Then they came out with the imported mechanical one.

the middle one is a serpentine belt tool for guiding the belt on pulleys.

No markings on the first one, and only a casting number on the third one.
