Mystery tools

So I have some old tools that I don't know what they're for and I was wondering if anybody happened to know any help would be appreciated

The round ones with the knurling and marked Germany look like pin vises.

The one with the plastic cover looks like it could be a manual impact.

The Snap on tool looks like a ring expander for installing rings on a piston.

The "Star" tool looks like a drill handle. You hold these in your hand and tap, tap, tap the back end with a hammer. These were often used with a star bit for drilling masonry and stone for anchors.

I think yours is newer than the one pictured. I remember seeing some like yours in the 1980s.

The Snap on tool looks like a ring expander for installing rings on a piston.

Wrong direction The patent number says its a Valve Keeper installing tool which would match with the VK-10 part number

The black handled tool is for setting concrete pins.

The collet tool has the logo for Friedrich **** which is a german file manufacturer.
Im guessing those are vintage needle file handles.
I actually have a file or two made by them.
