Jessica at M&J distributing was more than helpful in sending out forms and answering logistical questions. Jessica is prompt in returning emails when questions arise.

The XPR-10A-LP is on back order until Oct. 20th, so I will post another feedback when unit arrives.
Overall so far A+. If you need a lift give M & J a shout.
Thank you M & J distributing Inc.

Received outstanding service from Jessica & Michael (M&J Distributing) in the ordering of my BendPak Lift. Just ordered a HD-9, RJ-45, Caster Kit, & Drip Trays yesterday with confirmation received today. Very easy transaction with all questions being answered from Jessica in a prompt manner. Unit was slated for delivery in one week, but will hold off until October 15th to make sure I have all my resources in place when received. Will provide a update when delivered, however, I am not expecting any issues.

Even though the XPR-10A-LP was on back order until October the 20th, it arrived on the 7th.
Everything went fairly smooth. Thanks again to M & J Distributors. Jessica kept me up to speed every step of the way.
Thank You!

M&J (Michael & Jessica) were the best to work with on getting my HD-9XL! Great communication and follow-through to the end of the transaction and delivery.

You know you want one of these in YOUR garage!

Michael and Jessica at M&J were a pleasure to deal with on this purchase! They did a great job of streamlining the transaction with the manufacturer, including the electronic bank transaction paperwork.

I placed my order, and got confirmation the next day. FYI, I got a hd-9st in the optional black color, which took 7 days after order to arrive at a truck terminal in Minnesota.

This was an easy transaction, with great communication and service from Michael, Jessica, and the contact at Bendpak! If you are looking for a good deal on a quality lift, I would recommend them!

Micheal and Jessica were very prompt and helpful from purchase to delivery. The BendPak XPR-10A-168 lift was as expected, and I am very happy with their service.

I would certainly purchase from them again, and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a BendPak lift.

I just ordered an XPR10A-168 and it's on its way now. Communication from Jessica was great and the process was quick. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a lift reach out to M&J. I can't wait to get the lift in a couple weeks!

My Bendpak HD9-ST is in and I am living it!

Just did my first stand-up oil change. Sweeeeet!

Michael & Jessica are awesome. They proved to be very knowledgeable as well as very patient while I decided on which lift was right for me and my space. They didn't disappear after the sale but, arrange for delivery to my installer and stayed in touch to ensure delivery went smoothly.

IF you are in/around central NC I would also highly recommend my installer as well. He has been installing automotive equipment since 1970s. Installed my four post lift by himself using only a couple of dolly/jigs for rolling the runways off the trailer. I was impressed because he is about my age let's just say not a young man. The company is JJT Systems in Louisburg NC.

If and when I need another lift I will call on both again.

I ordered a BendPak 4 post from Michael at M & J Distributing, based on feedback here and great prices. It arrived with shipping damage. No fault of M & J, but they assisted with the freight claim. BTW, if you have freight damage on a BendPak product, you will NOT have to file a claim with the carrier, BendPak will do it all. I have had freight damage on goods from other vendors, and filing a freight claim is a PITA. And you have to wait for the freight co. to decide how they are going to handle it... replace item, pay you damages, etc. BendPak shipped me the replacement item the day after they knew about the damage, and sent prepaid shipping labels for the damaged part to be returned.

Michael took the order, Jessica followed up and kept me informed on shipping dates, tracking numbers and one item back ordered. As soon as it was available, she let me know it would be shipped, and sent a tracking number.

Just received my XPR-10 that I bought from M&J. They had the best pricing and great customer service, they quickly replied to emails and phone calls.

Since I was not in a hurry for delivery I asked Jessica if BendPak would do a 'flat-bed' delivery - i.e. a direct-ship (sort-of) and not using their regular freight process which seems to end up with alot of damaged lifts. In short order I had a reply that BendPak would indeed do this at no extra charge, but it could delay the delivery of the lift a few weeks.

It ended up taking 5 weeks for BendPak to get a full flat-bed load that was headed up my way.

I believe that BendPak will not do this for a residential delivery however. In my case the lift was going in my home shop, but I am in a smaller, large acreage estate that is still being developed, so we have lots of semis coming in with various pieces of heavy equipment - CAT Dozers, excavators, backhoes, road graders, etc. So BendPak was willing to deliver here.

The lift arrived with no external damage, but did have a couple of areas where the cardboard used to protect the lift actually scuffed up the paint and completely wore thru in a one area about 1" x 3" at the very top of one of the posts. The paint/coating must have not been fully cured before being packaged up. I'll see if I can get some touchup paint.

Great advice! I wish I had done the same, as I was in no hurry for delivery. Mine was shipped via Con-way freight and must have been loaded and unloaded at every terminal between CA and AR. With flat bed delivery it stays on the trailer until it gets to you. That neatly wrapped package you show... I never saw that. Both of mine (4 post) the stretch wrap was ripped to shreds, the metal shipping brackets in each end were almost torn off, the cardboard box for the power unit was torn open (top and bottom) and one of the ramps was bowed about one inch from end to end from rough fork lift driving. BendPak replaced the bent ramp quickly and handled the freight claim, all I did was make one phone call.

Go with flat bed if you have the time.

I just wanted to say that my entire experience from initial questions thru delivery was A+ with M&J. They answered all my questions immediately, got me all the prices of the extras I wanted and kept me up to date daily from them placing the order with Bendpak until they received tracking information to pass along. Got my HD9XW installed on Friday and do not know how I went this long without one. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Thanks to Michael and Jessica for an easy and pleasant buying experience with my BendPak HD9XW. I ordered the optional black color and an RJ45 rolling jack. Shipment was fast and I received a discount by paying by check.

Jessica was very helpful when a shipping mishap occurred. Another dealer/installer mistakenly picked my lift up at the freight depot and delivered it to his customer. When it was discovered that he had taken the wrong lift Jessica notified me by phone and discussed options with me. One option I was offered, and the one that I went with, was that the installer that mistakenly took my lift would deliver it and install it for me for half of his regular price. It was delivered and installed in my garage the next day. I had been planning on doing it myself but this saved me a lot of work.

Jessica also followed up with me on getting some touch-up paint and stickers from BendPak to detail some minor scrapes from the shipper's forklift.
