N00b from the Upper Left Corner

Hello from Tacoma, WA. I’ve been lurking forever. I have a 22x22 detached garage that was deemed “uninhabitable building” when I bought my home. It had no garage doors, busted windows, no entry door, and a oil pit filled with construction debris”. I’ve been working on it, it’s now a very much used building. Family storage, and all my tools & equipment. Was a carpenter for 15 years, now a tavern owner. Avid DIY’er, and fixer of my 73 GMC 2500. Going to teach myself to weld this Summer.
