OK, I have guesses, but what are these and how do you use them? Also, what year were these made? The one has a part number of 4312, marking of WF, but I can't find that part number anywhere.

Cape chisels and the one with the WF is no more then 15-20 years old and the rest with the long C probably date to the 1940s to the 1950s.

They are cape chisels. One common use is to drive half-round and square shaft keys into and out of place. They were made by Western Forge and available from the 70ies until the mid 90ies depending on the store inventory.

Excellent, thank you to everyone. I've done some research after knowing what they are, sounds like some tedious work can be performed with these. Thanks for the tip Mohawk_Dave, I've got lots grinding to do, I had no idea and I've got lots of mushrooms!
