Name this Craftsman Clamp. Help!

Picked this up today for $1. It says Craftsman but doesnt have a model # or anything else written on it. Help! What kind of clamp is it? Etc.

You clamp it down to a bench and then top works like a wood vise. I have a Stanley version.

They were just a portable woodworking vise for use on a jobsite. One application was to clamp it on the end of your sawhorse, you could then lay a door down on its side, use the clamp to hold it, and plane down the door.
