Looks kinda like a pinstrip eraser or rubbing tool. Can be used to remove smudges or marks off surfaces without being abrasive. Think of a pencil eraser.

Based on the "stop use line".....I'd probably stop it's use. 😀

You can go further than the stop line, but it feels like you're dancing with the devil. It's actually on a pretty small disc, way smaller than where the stop line is, for what they cost and the possible damage that can occur, just chuck it at the stop line lol. I stretch it only when I've forgotten to grab a spare.
