I think my new shop is begging for a name, maybe a little sign next to the door. It's not a bussiness, just a nickname. What kinda names do you guys have for your shops? Here's a pic of my 30x40

I'm calling mine the "Hula-Hula Garage".. I'm doing a whole Tiki theme so it seems to fit.

With a little input from my buddies, I decided to name my garage "The Hall of Flame".( See attached Pics)
I'll have a few more pics when I get more of my flamed items diplayed.

If you wanna see a nice sign and garage find Phil (aka Hoosierbuddy). He's got a fantastic sign with his vintage mustang on it. If it were me, I'd be doing something like his.

FWIW, my 2 cents

Just moved into a house with an old garage .... so the re-build begins !!!!

Since I need permission from "the boss" before I can touch anything in the house, the front yard and the back yard ... and the garage is mine.

I have decided to name my garage ... "No Permission Required"

I call mine "The SHOP" :bounce:

It took a lot of tools and equipment & $$ to go from:
"the garage" to "The SHOP" title .

You have 3 levels ,

car port,
garage,
then
The shop.

I never have had a name for it other than"my garage" but when I finished it I dedicated it to my late brother because the money he left me paid for all of the materials and I furnished the labor.

My new garage build started last week. I don't know where I got it from, but I keep referring to my future garage as my "Man Cave".

My garage is called 'The Attitude Adjustment Center'. It's a long story but 20 some years ago, my parents had a motorhome that had 'The Attitude Adjustment Center' on the bug deflector. They traded that motorhome in on a new one so the new motorhome became 'The AAC II'. Then my dad passed away from a heart attack. My mom later sold the motorhome so a friend suggested that I use the name for my garage.

So I did and then last winter I had this sign made up using the outline of my 1969 Ford Fairlane Cobra:

Since I am a 'Stay At Home' Dad, my garage is truly an Attitude Adjustment Center for me....

Some friends started calling mine the Taj Garage after it was built and up and running but not quite finished inside. I called it the Taj for a while and now just call it the Shop. There are other far more worthy garages with the "Taj" handle anyway. Even the wife has stopped calling my little slice of heaven the garage but she still calls me for dinner or to let me know the kids are both to bed and it is safe to leave the "other woman" of the moment and come inside...

My garage is called "Always Broke"....I had an old Jeep CJ that I had the hood deflector airbrushed to say that phrase and it always stuck. If its in the garage its broke and if its bought for the garage then I am.

Mine isn't built yet (hopefully starting soon), but I've planned on calling it:
"Someday's" short for "Some Day's Here".

I've been planning this for 20+ years

My wife calls it his shed or your shed depending on who she is talking to. But at least she knows it mine. We got a large garden shed for her rideon , her own tools and other stuff. My shed is mine , dont have a name. But i have thought about rodders rest or rodders roost.

Mine's "Manland". No signs though, other than the no smoking signs.

Thats what I call mine too. I have a buddy that has a Bay Stealth fishing boat. The boat came with the large Bay Stealth graphics on each side. He took them off and replaced them with the words "Estrogen Escape". When we go fishing he gets comments regularly.:D

Getting ready to build mine now. I've been saying for quite a while now that "Someday I'll build my Garage".

Her Name? Someday's. Short for "Someday's here".
