Looks like the same exclusions as the 20% deal. Anything that is overpriced and then put on "monthly sale" for months and months and months is excluded, along with some big brand names (can't figure that out exactly). There are probably a few nice deals to be had but nothing I think I need. Please post up if you find something...

This is interesting- be careful! I was playing around trying to figure out the discount and see that if you add 3+ things to your cart it automatically takes the 30% off of qualifying items and makes it 20% for the bag sale. As soon as I removed enough items it went back to 30%.
