Just wanted to give NAPA a shout. I've had a NS66 1/2" ratchet from my Dad with some bad teeth, really only good as a breaker bar. Took it in, no questions asked, they said "we'll have one for you tomorrow morning." Done deal.
As an aside, they DON'T do rebuild kits, only replacements. I'd have rather kept the original handle, but the style was the same.
