Anyone else receive a NAPA flier advertising 25% off entire purchase on June 27th? Details are scarce and very generic. Anyone familiar with the details or previous sales like these?

I received it last week. Some of the fine print said In store stocked merchandise and at participating stores. The store nearest me is a company store so they maybe participating.
Franchises stores- unknown.

One is owned by the company, one is owned by a person that pays the company a franchise fee.

A corporate store hosts all the sales and promotions as they're controlled directly by Napa. Franchises are independent stores that pay for the Napa name and catalog to draw stock from and they can choose to opt out of sales and promotions.

If you go to their website and do store lookup and see a second name under the Napa Auto parts name those would be franchises. Corporate stores will only say Napa and have a store number for the location.
