If you're referring to this particular style ratchet, they're from about pre '07-'08 era when Danaher was making the Napa tools in the US. These were available under most of the Danaher brands. Not the best ratchets per say, but usable. I believe these replaced the famed RHFT ratchets.
Cool thanks! yeah from what ive gathered they arent very great seems smooth compared to my williiams usa. good thing i only paid about 12 bucks for it.
