NAPA NDM , How old is this set?

Is this a high quality set? How old is this? Please tell me something about this?

I believe those are Danaher made wrenches. Similar to USA made Armstrong, Kobalt, Allen also manufactured by Danaher. I have a similar set of NAPA NDM wrenches, they were offered by NAPA until the import Carlyle tools line started around the 2010s or so.

My guess is late 1980s to late 1990s. Danaher made, rabadged KD from that time period. Nice, no frills get the job done wrenches. The stuff that you miss from the shuttering of the Armstrong factory.

Those wrenches were rebranded by a lot of companies, it seems. Either that or they just look remarkably similar. Those look identical to a set of older Blackhawk I assembled. Just your basic combination wrench. I've never broke one or been disappointed with them.

on Danaher production. More specifically under the old Easco division, which ceased operations after Apex Tool Group was formed and sold off to Bain Capital.

High quality? No.
Good quality? Maybe.
Sufficient quality? Yes. Years of prior production led to a reputation of satisfactory forging with acceptable steel and adequate heat treatment, passable tolerances, but crudely finished.
