Hello members I stopped off at Napa to pickup a couple of items and the Real Deal quarterly paper. I see a lot of nice stuff in it. I didn’t ask but Does anyone know if the prices reflect sale prices on the items or every day price unless specified.

It depends on the item. Most of the prices are indeed sale prices for a given quarter.
However, some of the larger items like lifts, brake lathes, & AC machines are regular prices. :dunno:

Make a list of items you're interested in and check their price on 4/1/18 to see if their price went up after the current sale ends on 3/31/18.

Their sale prices are usually higher than you can find elsewhere (amazon, tsc, princess, etc) for the same thing. They occasionally have deals but you really need to cross shop their prices to be sure. Most sale prices are marked with percentages off.
