Anyone know when NAPA has their ratchet sales,I am wanting one of the 1/4" locking flex ratchets and I don't want to pay $50 for it.

Aside from special sales like **% off everything that fits in a bucket, NAPA publishes a quarterly real deals flyer that list their current tools &a equipment sales. The flyer is available online at napaonline.com

Unfortunately, I think the locking flex head ratchets were on sale last quarter but, check to make sure.

Bummer, man. You just missed NAPA's 20% off bucket sale that ended on last day of April.

Just keep watching the periodic flyers as Fedwrench suggests. Also, keep watching the NAPA online deals at their website.
