Napa tool boxes any good?

Came across this one for sale. Do not know the model or quality of construction. Comments?

BTW it does not look like a 41 inch box as told by the seller.

Looks like another Waterloo made box. It's probably about the same as most Craftsman, etc.

Napa boxes, at least of late have been either homark or Kennedy boxes. I don't know about that one tho.

which is made by waterloo. Home owner grade boxes but still $300-$400 for his setup would be a good deal purely for the amount of storage. Napa storage tends to be a bit overpriced though so hes probably looking for more than that.

Their homak carts are pretty decent though.

Not always. It varies with the vintage.

I've got a big older 8-drawer NAPA top chest made by Waterloo which is every bit as heavy, strong and useful as any of the several older Snap-on and Kennedy boxes I've got.

One of the few times I've scored off the local tool pawn sharks, because it was NAPA branded instead of Snap-on, I got it for 1/4 of what they'd have asked for S-O.

For a short time NAPA boxes were made by Kennedy. Those are the only NAPA boxes I'd ever be tempted to buy.

I think that Balkamp is the manufacturer of the 7drawer cart so it is possible that they make other tool storage for napa.

Balkamp is just a brand of Napa same as Craftsman is to Sears. They dont actually manufacture anything.

Guy never got back to me. Often, when there is very little feedback from a seller, it means they are not that interested in doing more then necessary to sell a product.
