Narrow 4 post lifts?

I'm looking to see if I can get two 4 post lifts side by side in my 19.5 ft wide garage. I need the extra storage space but the width of the garge is what worries me when looking at most of the popular lifts.

I will not be doing any work on the cars, just need for storage. I won't be storing any trucks or very large cars (mostly 80's cars) either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found these lifts from Auto Lift that is only 103 in wide, but have not found any other information about this company.

!9.5' wide. What is the interior dimension? IF it is 19.5 ft you will have about 9 inches of space between the walls and the each lift. This is not going to be good if you want to walk into the garage. 1 lift, maybe, 2? Nope...

It's actually a warehouse I have. Dimensions are 19.5' x 45'

I was hoping to be able to get at least 7 cars in which would require 2 lifts.

Here is a pic of it

I think the BendPak HD-9SW is the right answer here. You only have to worry about fitting 4 posts instead of 8. With the depth you have in that space you could go with TWO of them and get 8 cars in the space of only 4 and leave yourself room for a workbench or two!

Bendpak has a narrow lift with a width of 99.75". That may give you a little more room to be able to move around.

That looks like a great space!

Thanks. That looks like two of them together would still be narrower than the double wide. I'll probably stagger them a few feet instead of perfectly aligning them side by side to make sure the feet base don't bump and take room.

Does anyone know if the 99.75" includes the motor and controls and if not, how much that will add to the overall width?

I'm not certain, but I think the motor is placed inside the 99.75" width, so that's the maximum width. Bendpak's website has specifications/dimensions available for download so you can double check.

Good luck, and please share your decision and progress on your project.

This is correct. I have the HD9ST and the outside dimensions are inclusive of all component parts.
