There was a problem where the listing title said 13 pcs and he only listed 12 socket sizes which I didnt castch, So when I got them I thought there was 1 missing, I didnt really care but I emailed him and he replied back very quickly with a couple solutions. I told him not to worry about it but it was nice that he was more then willing to work out a solution to make me happy. So have no fears working with this guy! Hes great!

I bought one of the 1/2" SK flex ratchets from nate last week. It arrived today, very well packed, and it looked great. Nate's communication through PM was great, and best of all, Nate sold this ratchet for way less than he knows he could have sold it for, just so that he could pass on the great deal he got on the ratchet. I'm going to get a lifetime of use out of a ratchet that I otherwise wouldn't have spent the cash on if I had to pay full price, and I really appreciate that. 2 thumbs up for nate.

I purchased two Armstrong ratchets ( my first Armstrong ratchets ever btw) and two sets of ratchet wrenches at a good deal. The shipping and communication were on point and the packaging was above average. Nate took some time to see that every was gonna arrive in the same condition as his pics.
