i was searching for a mid rise lift and was comparing them to other brands, i found out about them from ebay. went ahead and purchased the lift, communication with them was good. shipping from texas to southern ohio took about four days from fed ex, the packaging could have been a little better, the lift was shrink wrapped with the pads and adapters inside (during transit the wrap must have torn to where some of them could have fallen out, probably more rough handling, but who knows) it was banded to a metal skid with the pump/ motor assy. in a box on top and they make it very clear to make sure that it is intact or to mark it on the shipping bill if it is not, so if you are getting one remember to check before signing. any questions let me know....... i'll try to help. lift set up was simple however it did not arrive with instructions.
