Wondering who has the best prices on 4" natural gas B vent?

Well, High Desert says you are somewhere in that high desert plateau east the Sierra/Cascades and West of the Rockies. That stretches from S AK, to central Mexico. Now that I got the wise-*** out of the way, I’d check with any local HVAC/P&H distributors. Otherwise local hardware. I prefer Selkirk or Duravent. Amerivent is a pita to disassemble.

I'm in Colorado but I figured I'd be buying online to get the best pricing. Appreciate your take on the different brands.

Why not change your location to Colorado vs "High Desert"? Might help get more timely and better responses.

I have had good luck with purchases from Supply House.com.
I would shop around locally and compare those numbers to Supply House.com and see which one provides the best bargain.

The big box home centers will have prices the compete with wholesale houses. Unless you need a huge amount, just try Lowes, Hone Depot, or Menards.

I worked as an HVAC tech for years. We were installing a shop heater in a guy's garage and needed a chunk of B-vent. Menards was a couple blocks away, the wholesale house was five miles. I stopped in Menards and they sold the same vent as the wholesale house. I bought what I needed and later, out of curiosity I checked the price compared to the wholesale house. Menards was less money.
