Well, looks like im getting a deal on a Lennox 75,000 BTU heater. I already have my electrical trench dug. What im wodering is, can i burry a gas line with the electrical in the same trench? Or, am i wasting my time with all the cost of permits , parts etc....Is it better just to change the orifices and go propane? Will only need heat 4-5 moths top for heat....Work in there the odd evenings, weekends etc.....Gas line sounds like a hassle....Throw some ideas my way!

I just finished my gas line. You can put them in the same trench with 6" or more of drit between them. Must be plastic or one peice copper coded for bureal.I put in plastic coded for gas with 2" #80 plastic pipe around it same as my power line it has a traser wire on it.

From house to shop, i have about a 60 foot run, plus another 30 to the back of teh shop.....I already have a T-Valve in the house that was used for a fireplace we took out.....How expensive is the install with parts etc approx? Unless , propane is easier with a big tank!
