Navien Boiler Error Code

I thought I would try here before calling the pros. I have a Navien NHB 55 running my floor heat in garage. It's on its third season. Yesterday it showed a red wrench with error code 271.

"Temperature Differential Limit" it gives no definitions of what that means or solutions in the manual and I cannot find anything on the web. I have it setup using the outdoor reset and it has been flawless. It is still working but I am guessing it is mad about something.

Any body have experience with this issue?

Check if the vent pipe is clogged with debris. possible a bird got in the vent

Check if capacity of the circulation
pump(external) is enough to circulate water in

Your error message may refer to the boiler input vs output temp delta is too small (no water?)or too large (bad pump?) or reversed (bad sensor?).

delta limit means the difference between your supply and return is to high. would generally mean no flow check your pump

Thanks for all the replies! The boiler's settings got out of whack. Which had the outgoing temp too high. Not sure how exactly that happened. But I did learn from navien that my taco007e pump on the boiler side is not recommended. Need to replace with and nfr-25.

Once correct settings were put in error code went away. Gonna switch pumps out this weekend. I guess I'll have a spare for the other pump in the system.
