Nearly 70% Off Extreme Toolboxes???

Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, I sometimes make mistakes...

While searching for an Extreme EX5511RC(Roller Chest) and EX5510CH(Top Box), I stumbled across a website selling the $4,250 boxes (strictlytoolboxes.com), for $1,400!!!!

Not only that, but the entire Extreme Toolbox range is similarly discounted....

The 72x30 combination set was listed at $1,900, versus $5,870 at www.strictlytoolboxes.com....

I realize the folks at Strictly Toolboxes have a really good reputation and customer service, but this is a HELLUVA DISCOUNT...

Now, this could be a mistake/misfigured/OOPS/etc, but somebody needs to order one and find out...they say they are a "wholesale to the public company", but...until it's in someone's garage....AND FREE FREIGHT!!!!!

Christmas cleaned my tool buying account out but, it'll have rebounded in about 90 days, and I am going to order the 55" combination...

I searched the company on the forum and got zipola, so....

Address they give is as their HQ is a Hobby Lobby in College Station,TX. Google it.

Sorry, but if it sounds too good to be true...

I'll have to say, though, that's one of the slicker scam sites I've seen.

These would probably be the same scammers that were posting $1700 72" Extremes on various Craigslists around the country...

I found one locally that seemed to be too good of a deal, and then found multiple more identical ads in other states.

I searched for the company on this forum, and didn't find anything, so I thought..."Wow, maybe I've found something...."

I didn't realize this was a Scam Site, or I would have saved the Forum's time...

Oh well, please accept my apology for the false alarm...

I shall research further in the future, before posting...

Any ever question just call extreme direct, they are aware of the scammers out there and can advise as well. I am local to them and they are a really nice group of people.
