Wow, I'm super impressed with that guy's attention to detail. For the most part, I'd want dedicated stations rather than a swiss army knife table, but if space was an issue in any way, this is a great solution. In fact, I bet he could market the table.

edit: norm abrams (new yankee workshop) incorporates some similar ideas in his shop. Mostly for his lesser used tools (he has dedicated stations for his frequently used items)

Looks good, but, not my kind of thing.

I keep my benchtop tools in an 18x36 shelving unit, and don't have a problem moving them to a table/workstand when I need to use them.

I have to give him props for incorporating that all in one table and making it all work together. Since his space is limited, I think its a good compromise. I wonder how long it took to design and assemble?

I thought it looked like a pretty slick table, and that was before I found out how much stuff flipped out of it.

I'd love to build something like that, even if it wasn't quite that elaborate, just having a few of his features would make a normal work bench even better.

That's pretty impressive. In a tight space, that would be perfect.

However, while that is impressive. This is true genius:

Some nice tolerances on that.

{jaw drop} that is great I look at that patter quite often and imagine the possibility and this is one that someone else made real good for him. A 32 spoked wheel is the same pattern as the table it is perfect geometrically.

Impressive......I do woodworking as a hobby.....and that is impressive....

About the only fault I can find with it is the plywood top....a hardwood top would have been better......

That bench is outstanding for tight spaces. It allows you to store and still utilize your tools in a central location. One built with a little more spit and polish, like cabinet grade drawers and a better tabletop, would be interesting to see.

The table in the mega yacht....ya...what do you say...
