Tuesday, while traveling for work I happened by a shiny object. I thought to myself, that looks like a breaker bar. Sure enough, it was, an S-K in fact, missing the male 1/2 portion. I emailed S-K, telling them that it was found, and I needed a repair kit. Tonight I found a reply, saying they would be glad to send me one under their warranty program.
A very nice surprise. Pictures to follow when the kit arrives.

Now that's customer service. Even after you admitted that it was a found item they offer to send you a repair kit. That's awesome.

The pin that holds the square drive is a real PITA to install. I've done a few of those. SK is awesome for sending out repair kits.
