I'd like to find out more about this and that air swivel. With only minimal googling I've done, are these only available in Europe?

Ingersoll rand has one too.. the 2015max. I own this and find it rather useful for tight areas where I dont want to monkey with an air ratchet and smash my fingers. Not a ton of torque, comparable to a strong 3/8 air ratchet - but the plus is that it is reactionless and wont smash your fingers.

Those swivels have been around for a while. Made in France (I believe). Very nice, but foolish expensive, like $70 ea IIRC, for the 1/4", $80 for 3/8.

Question was asked what does this tool offer over a hammerhead? The CP is 220ftlb @10000RPM and the Hammerhead is 180ftlb @7100. Downside to the CP is the head is thicker @ 3.46" vs Hammerhead @<2". Hammerhead is also considerably more money, $445 vs $289
