Neat old jack stand

Picked this up at an auction yesterday. It was part of a lot of more moder stands. I don’t see any markings on it. Does anyone recognize it, or know anything about it?

That was made by the Walker Manufacturing Company in Racine Wisconsin. I have the same piece. Walker also made exhaust systems.
