Need a handle for my floor jack

I have an Allied floor jack that I purchased at Sam's Club years ago, like the one pictured below, but red. (I have the blue one too) The handle has rounded off from people turning it to tight. It is basicly a 1/2" socket on the bottom of the handle. Does anyone have an extra one laying around from a bad jack? Or, any advice about fixing it?

Agreed Make your own, It will require a welder but its fairly simple. I used to make mine all the time, You already have the expensive part in the handle itself.

Turns out it's more than the handle... does anyone have a manual or parts list for these. Or, better yet, does anyone know how to contact Allied for replacement parts?

I'm not sure what this is called, but this is the part I need. The head is rounded, and the handle now just spins.

You might have to figure a way to Pin them together, Most imports of that style use a top and bottom gear. Evidently yours uses a universal joint to connect the handle to the release.

This has two "spider" gears. One mounts onto the square bottom part of this thing... whatever it's called. And the other is mounted on top of the valve. They are always in contact with each other, regardless of handle position.

LOL... I looked at it wrong. Now i get it and i probably have some, I was looking at the end with the hole and it looked like that was where a universal pinned in. That is the piece that goes thru the base of the handle assembly and you use a cotter key to keep it from riding up. Could you measure the the overall length..?

I stole this pic from my import tutorial, It shows the piece you need. Ill check it tomorrow...

That's it! The "bolt" head is a 13mm or 1/2", the overall length, tip to tip is 3 3/4".

do you have a handle gear like the one posted .it looks just like the one on my craftsman. its a 12 tooth also
