^ somebody just posted a HUGE "wrench roll" thing in one of the threads just a couple weeks ago. the op was looking to hold BIG wrenches (1-1/2" and up)
I will repeat my comment that I've never seen a tool roll that was worth a damn that wasn't custom made for its contents, whether that was a by a manufacturer or the end user. that's such a unusual thing to want a roll for, anything that makes sense for a 25" prybar will not also hold more normal or mini pick sized ones, at least not efficiently.

I could see a demand for a dedicated prybar tool roll. Kind of surprised no one makes one. Sizing is pretty consistent among brands, something that holds 24”, 18”, 12”, 8” perhaps.

Have you looked at Bull Tools roll-ups? I don't know if they offer one large enough for your needs but they make a strong canvas tool roll-up.

Not a tool roll, but I keep one of my SHLF80A ratchets in an old woolen boot sock. At 26" long, it doesn't easily fit where I want it to in my toolbox. So it kinda gets stacked on top of other stuff, thus the sock. The sock isn't long enough to cover the whole tool.
Word of caution: some fabrics are not pH neutral and can actually accelerate corrosion. Some fabrics (like wool) contain natural lanolin that actually helps prevent corrosion.
Synthetic materials are typically those with the pH problem. The issue is synthetics often don't take dyes well. I think they use something called a mordant to set the dye and that can be acidic.
I have canvas tool rolls and they are white. A white tool roll sounds like a really bad idea for dirty tools, but it's actually a good idea.
