I have a 100amp Crouse-Hinds main panel and won't to install a sub panel to it. I have a QO 200amp panel I would like to use for the sub panel. The QO panel has a minimum wire size of 4ga and I have 2/0 that I would like to use.

Anyone sell a 100amp Neutral lug kit for Crouse-Hinds? Would like one that turns the wire 90 degrees if possible and uses 2/0.

I ended up using a Simens ECLK2SC neutral lug kit. They may not be code for all but should work for any panel.

Try eBay, if the label is intact & lists accessories available for it try entering the catalog number into a search engine. After Siemens bought the Crouse-Hinds distribution line from Cooper, they restored the original name of Murray, plus discontinued most everything & substituted ITE products they already owned.

If you have a Lowe's or Home Depot, just go get one that fits. Be it a Square-D, Siemens, GE, Eaton or whatever.

I understand listing, we should do it the way they say but there is a little latitude to call opinion. I aint above doing a little make fit when its really practical and can follow the intent.
I bolted a piece of ground bar in a main panel the other day to loosen up some spaces and allow for better general routing. Its probably sq D, and not thru the factory hole but drilled one for a 1/4 20 and fixed it so the next guy comes along finds a spot to hook on. Make it impossible or difficult and it doesn't get done right.
Little bit of trade off, find a good lug and its better that trimming the wire in to a Y and boogering it in etc. Yes, some of the stores stocks some of the lugs.

Buy Murray parts.

Crouse-hinds was previously murray, and they switched back to murray.

But they are not the same panels anymore, but Siemens/Murray accessories may work. Another option is a Polaras or competitive make connector, to reduce the conductor size if the existing neutral bar can accommodate it.

I read somewhere that they use the same part numbers so listing issues dont come up

Used the exact thing as above when I pulled the garage's 125amp service from the 200amp metered panel in the Shop.
