Need A New Pool Deck

Its all down and gone, even made $20 at the scrap yard for the metal
The liner was easily cut apart into a 100 pieces and thrown out. It was a pretty easy project overall
Now, I need to find and buy a pool.............this old one is a 27' x 48" tall pool
I want something smaller, but also maybe deeper? Price is a concern as well...........I am thinking either a 21' or a 24' foot
Any suggestions? Is 21' too small?
