need a new section if possable

Hi just a idea how about a section for craigslist / e-bay listing not trying to promote anything here, just one area to list all of the tool deals out there,( couple of the board have a section like this,

some rules should be:

on the title , list item and location

example: Crags list/Snap on tool box and tools / Scranton PA

on the message include a picture and pricing info link for auction / web page

I am selling a snap on masters series tool chest with workstation riser and a complete collection of tools. Box is 6' Wide by 6' Tall by 30" Deep. I have a complete list of tools available by email to anyone interested. Please dont respond if you are not serious or dont have the cash. Buyer must pick up the tools and they are very heavy. over 1500 pounds. everything is in fantastic shape and the box is less than 18 months old. If anyone is interested, I will sell the tools for $3500 and the box for $6000 seperate. These prices are firm.

there not my tools it was just a example of how we do a listing on some other boards I'm on

just looking for a section dedicated to e-bay/craiglist ,insted of having them scatered in other areas

I agree. Doesn't seem like we should have a whole separate section to devote to other people's tools that aren't even on the board.

your not devoting a section to other people's tools, your helping forum members find the tools or item they need for a really cheap price

found a couple of great deals close to home on cars this way,on the other forums I'm on

just think a snap-on tool (new was 1,500) box 20 miles from your home for 100 bucks perfect shape but.....................you did not see the ad, i did 300 miles away but no section to post in so i just forget about it

if the section was here i would post the link you would have a great tool box for a cheap price

posting the links in other sections just does not work they get lost really fast so its not worth my time to do the links

Agreed, the tools section is sufficient enough to handle all tool deals on sites like ebay and craiglist for this board. I don't think another section is necessary, but I haven't been around this forum too long so I could be wrong.
