Need a new wash mitt

I bought a new to me car last year and would like to try to keep the paint in nice condition. This is my daily driver and I will NOT be washing it every week, once a month if I am lucky. I used a pressure washer with a foam cannon and I need a new wash mitt. I saw this YouTube video and liked that he showed the mitts before and after rinse.

What do you detailing folks like better: the Detail King Optimum Big Red Sponge or the Rag Company Cyclone Mitt?

we use the old towels with holes in them to wash the car. Then they go in the washer and dryer so any dirt and dust gets washed out. If you want a mitt, make one out of an old set of towels. You can sew one in 2 minutes.

The Rag Company has a good reputation. I personally like the ones that can be worn like gloves, but some like the style that must be held independently.

If you can order and wait for it to come in, Detailed Image (https://www.detailedimage.com/) and Auto Geek (https://www.autogeek.net/) are great sources for all the detailing stuff you may ever want. Depending on how much you care about the vehicle, real car wash soap, a wash mit, a good drying towel and a couple of buckets (one for soapy water, one rinse water) is a good start.
