Need a new WiFi Thermostat

Currently have a Sensi hooked up to my forced got air system (no AC). Had to run a new wire, as this did not have the "c” terminal hooked up.

Issues: you cannot schedule the Fan, it only has on and auto. PITA to setup when it resets (you have to connect directly to it using it's wifi).

I primarily burn wood in the winter with the furnace as backup, but I'd like to schedule the Fan to circulate the air for a few minutes each hour.

I have a Honeywell Vision Pro that has a setting for the fan called "circulate" that periodically runs the fan if heat or A/C hasn't been called for in some time.

I also have Nest thermostats that have fan schedules. For instance I have the 2nd floor Nest programmed to run the fan for 15 minutes every hour from 1-5AM.
