Hf aluminium racing jack. Low and light. Buy the one for the capacity you need. Maybe not 30lbs, but light enough to not be a struggle every time. Don't forget jack stands.
I have a small older Craftsman that I used for years before I had a garage and space for a 'real' floor jack. It's steel, but not too heavy. About $40 or so.
