Need Advice for a Compressor under $700 @ 12 cfm

Hey everyone, I'm back but with a much smaller budget now that wife bought some new kitchen appliances. My new max budget is only $700 including shipping, so I went on ACD today to see that the PUMA 3hp model is $649 including shipping and lift-gate. Should I just get that one or is there a better quality model I should look at?

Any size tank between 30 and 60 gallons is good and thanks in advance.

OK now I've seen the Kobalt 3.7 hp with dozens of good reviews. It's $500+ tax but then I will need to get a local mover to get it home. I like the Kobalt better bc of the 3 year warranty even though the 11.5 cfm is less than the Puma. Does anyone know the decibel rating and how it compares to the Puma?
