I have been reading the forum for quite some time. I have been browsing the site and checking out all the great projects and garages and now I am ready to begin my garage transformation. My wife and I are closing on a foreclosure on May 19. The house needs some cosmetic updating including the garage.
I would like to do the garage floor prior to moving all my stuff in. I am looking for a good epoxy floor coating to do a two car garage. The floor won't see too much abuse. Just the everyday auto traffic and some light wood working. I learned from the forum to avoid the big box store epoxy kits.
Can anyone recommend an epoxy flooring source / brand for the floor? Any preparation tips (the house was built in 1993 and there are no visible coatings on floor now)?
I will post pics of the garage on Monday evening after the home inspection. Thanks in advance.
