Need advice on paint colour for work station

So I'm making a home garage gym epoxied floors and all , but still keeping my work station , the previous owner had built it in to the wall there was horrible wall storage and it just didn't look right so I took down all of it painted what I could but not the work table itself not to sure what to do , I will be putting custom wall cabinets ( preferably metal) and I'm also thinking of keeping the work station detached from the wall and putting wheels and also enclosing the work station for more closed storage space , any ideas on colours!??? Should I stay light or go dark !?

nnnnnoooooo id have to change my hole colour palette , is there any colours I shouldn't paint my work station !!?
